3-course dinner at top restaurants at $38++

1. How can I make a reservation?

Bookings are only open to public on 3rd March 2017. Please create a new user log in with your email or Facebook authentications before booking a restaurant. Click here to find a restaurant. To book a new restaurant, select the date and time and hit search, available restaurants will show up for your selection, select the restaurant and you will see the 'BOOK NOW' button underneath the restaurant image. Reservation is made directly in our live booking system and at the restaurant. You will receive instant confirmation of the reservation on your screen as well as in your e-mail inbox.

2. How can I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation ONLY via the Singapore Restaurant Week website: www.singaporerestaurantweek.sg or www.srw.sg .  Please note that cancellation via phone or e-mail will not be accepted.

Click on the link ‘cancel reservation’ (on top right section of the home page), key in your reservation code and email address and click on ‘cancel reservation’. Cancellation will be made immediately. Please note cancelation of your reservation is irrevocable.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to cancellation charges subject to restaurant’s discretion.

3. How can I change my reservation?

You may change your reservation ONLY via the he Singapore Restaurant Week website: www.singaporerestaurantweek.sg or www.srw.sg. Please note that you can not change your reservation via phone or email.

Click in the link 'change reservation' (on the top right section of the home page), key in your email address and reservation code and click on 'change reservation'. You can then adjust the "time of your reservation" and/or the "number of people". Whether you can succesfully change the timing of your reservation or increase the number of people, depends on the availability of seats at the restaurant at the requested time.

The system will notify you instantly whether you succeeded in changing your reservation.

4.Can I make a reservation or cancel a reservation by phone?

Reservations and cancellations are ONLY accepted via the he Singapore Restaurant Week website: www.singaporerestaurantweek.sg or www.srw.sg

Request for phone reservations and cancellations WILL NOT be entertained. For further information, see also ‘How can I make a reservation’ or ‘How can I cancel my reservation’.

5. What is the Singapore Restaurant Week  menu?

The ‘Singapore Restaurant Week Menu’ is a (full portion) 3-course menu which will only be served at the participating restaurants during the SRW(Singapore Restaurant Week) . Each restaurant will arrange its own menu. Certain restaurants might have their menu online others might decide to surprise you!

Restaurants listed with a STAR will charge a premium of $12++ for lunch and $20++ for Dinner.

SRW Meal prices are $28++ for lunch and $38++ for dinner / Star Restaurants at $40++ for lunch and $58++ for dinner

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

All beverages are not included in the Restaurant Week menu price.

7. I have a special diet. Can the restaurant take this into account?

If you are a vegetarian or not allowed to eat specific ingredients, please write a comment in the box ‘comments’ on the reservation page. The restaurant will try to prepare its dishes accordingly. It is advised to notify the restaurant of your special diet once again when arriving.

8. Why is a participating restaurant not listed when I conduct a search?

Unfortunately this restaurant doesn’t have any Restaurant Week Menu seats available for your preferred date and/or number of persons. We advise you to check on another date, or consider and alternative choice restaurant.

9. Who organises Singapore Restaurant Week (SRW)?

DiningCity Pte Ltd organises this bi annual event.

10. I lost my booking code. How can I cancel my reservation?

If you lost your booking code, please, fill in your valid e-mail address on the cancellation page (see ‘How can I cancel my reservation). You will receive the code(s) of your reservations once again by e-mail.

11. Why is the number of people per reservation restricted to 8?

Due to a large interest in the SRW  the organization has decided to restrict the number of persons per reservation to 8. This will allow more people to benefit from the special promotion during the week.

12. Can the restaurant ask me for Credit Card details to secure my reservation?

The restaurants are allowed to contact you and ask for your credit card details to secure your reservation for Singapore Restaurant Week.

In case of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours, the restaurants can charge a maximum amount of the set restaurant week menu price times the number of guests that the reservation is for.

13. Why are some restaurants already fully booked?

Singapore Restaurant Week is very well received by the public. Due to limited seating and popularity of restaurants, you may find restaurants already fully booked.
